No suspects are currently in custody, and police are urging anyone with information to immediately contact the Huntington Police Department.Meanwhile, a terrifying holiday weekend ordeal has ended safely for a group of young canoeists on a flooding Mountain State waterway. Emergency dispatchers say two dozen Boy Scouts from Fairfax County, Virginia, became completely stranded Saturday when heavy rains caused the Cacapon River in Hampshire County to rise rapidly. The rushing current became too dangerous to navigate, forcing the scouts to beach their canoes on the wrong side of the river. Local first responders launched a swift water operation, successfully bringing all twenty-four scouts to safety in under an hour.
