Good morning, A Parkersburg man is jailed this morning after allegedly shaking his infant child. Police arrested twenty-three-year-old Cordel Farr after his four-month-old baby was brought to the hospital unresponsive and not breathing. The infant was flown to Morgantown with a brain bleed, and authorities say Farr admitted to shaking the baby.Meanwhile, a new wetland trail is open at the Ohio River Islands National Wildlife Refuge near Williamstown. Local volunteers and high school robotics teams stepped in to finish the boardwalk and clay-lined habitat after federal budget cuts forced a shortage of AmeriCorps workers.And three generations of the Pickrell family left a permanent mark at the Veterans Square Memorial in Marietta.
